150 years ago, Jerry and Maria McAuley had a visionary idea: to open a community space to serve anyone in need of housing, food, and the basic comforts of life. The McAuley's vision transformed into what is now known as The Bowery Mission, a 150-year old nonprofit with a citywide legacy impacting one generation to the next.
We celebrate this nonprofit mission along with many others, to shed light on all of the work that the Bowery Mission has done to fight against homelessness, hunger and poverty.
In this on-demand webinar, Brian Ourien, Bowery’s Director of Brand Marketing and Communications, will discuss the storied history of the nonprofit, its impact on Greater New York citizens in need, and how their storytelling-based content continues to generate crucial financial support they need to sustain their mission. Plus, you'll get an inside look at how they build and develop powerful content year-round while working to support New Yorkers in need.
